2024 Annual Meeting: NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING,ELECTION OF DIRECTORS, & BUDGET ADOPTION 

In accordance with the Bylaws of the Association and Section 720.306(2), Florida Statutes, you are hereby notified that the Annual Meeting, Election of Directors, and Budget Adoption for the Association will be held at the following date, time and place:

Owners Portals/Online Payments: We are excited to announce our new Owners Portals. The Portal has much to offer, including Online Payment options, real-time access to view your account history and current balance, online submission of Architectural review requests, and much more. If you need assistance logging in, please reach out using the information on the Contact Us page.

Covenants and Restrictions Revitalization: An area of focus for the HOA in the past year was to ensure our Covenants & Restrictions would remain in place, preserving everyone’s property values. You may recall the large packet received in October and the consent forms to “revitalize” our C&R’s.  We had an outstanding response to the mailing (Thank You!); and in late January, the HOA received feedback from the State of Florida that Flemingbrook’s C&R’s are revitalized! A copy of the recorded documents is available on the Documents page or Owners Portals.

Board Meetings: Board meetings are generally held quarterly, with notice of the date and time being posted on the notification board located at the exit of our communities. Meetings have primarily been held online for the past few years. All members are welcome to join these meetings. The online meeting info/link is available by contacting us.
